Eddie Ebert



Eddie always believed that a solid understanding of construction was critical in order to become a better architect. He learned about construction contracts, detailed construction documents, and cost implications while employed with a construction firm. In this role, he managed mega projects including the U.S. Navy Communication Center at NCTAMS Pacific and the C-17 Fuel Cell Hanger at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. Eddie learned public diplomacy while working as a Diplomat at the Embassy in Turkey and the Embassy in war-torn Sudan. Armed with construction expertise, solid management skills, and tactful diplomacy, Eddie is well equipped to master the challenges of his leadership role as Managing Principal of Hawaii’s office, where he focuses on strengthening and building RIM’s presence. Eddie earned a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Notre Dame.
